Posted @withregram • @msfrivolous Our family has a new member - we have adopted a Singapore Special that we named Sofia. It took us about a year to come to a decision to adopt and change a homeless dog’s world.
Thanks to @purelyadoptions - Sofia was rescued from a construction site in Tampines when she was about 4 months old sometime in April. We went through an adoption process and then had Sofia for a trial home stay with us. She was skittish and trembling with fear when she first arrived at our home. It took her 5 days to warm up and familiarize with our family. She warms up to our kids quickly and likes to be around them. She is a good natured and shy girl with a sense of wonder and curiosity. Best of all, she’s pee pad trained.
Today we signed the adoption papers for Sofia and she is officially a member of our family. The journey for Sofia and our family has just begun...
