We are over the moon to introduce you to the furriest member of our family, Cha Cha.
Her story is one of resilience and the transformative power of love. Cha Cha’s early life was marred by abandonment, wandering on the streets in Tuas searching for food and shelter. The paw on her right hind leg is damaged, and she still limps at times.
Cha Cha’s journey from abandonment to adoption began when she was fostered by a loving family - Jason and Gean, who nursed her back to full health. She was with her foster family for 5 months before coming to our home on 12 Aug.
The first 2 days were trying. Cha Cha was in so much anxiety - hiding under the bench, tucking in one corner, and jumped each time there was any loud or sudden noise.
As days turned into weeks, Cha Cha opened up to us. We brought her to meet many furry friends at the dog run and invited hoomans and other dogs to play with her.
We are determined to continue giving Cha Cha the life she deserved. Cosy bed, delicious & healthy meals, and most importantly, love and affection. We formed a bond that transcended words and communicated through gentle touches, holding her paws and loving glances.
In return, we learned so much from Cha Cha. Her resilience & adaptability growing up without a home, being grateful for all things, even a tiny piece of biscuit, and to remain pawsitive that the sun will shine again after the thunderstorm.
