“Hello everypawdy! We are very blessed to share that our dear girl Cheeky @cheekyerxin (previously named Caramel) is officially part of our family today. You may have seen Cheeky before, in particular from the various lost dog posters or posts on FB. Cheeky has come a long way - she gave birth to 3 puppies and was rescued back in Oct 2020 as her feeders were worried that she was too skinny and might not survive after her delivery. She was subsequently spooked by another black stray dog in Nov 2020 but eventually found her way back to us, with much patience and help from various individuals (https://www.instagram.com/p/CJazW5nlFWZ/?igshid=h55b3kfeutp7).
Looking back at her photos then when she was first rescued (https://www.instagram.com/p/CHAcNgrjF5-/?igshid=n6816yhuhlnn), we are so so proud to see her looking healthier and more cheerful. This firms our believe in adopting and not shopping for dogs. Adoption saves and changes the life of a stray.
This journey would not have been pawsible without @purelyadoption 's support. We would like to thank @purelywoof 's Irene for encouraging us to visit Cheeky at her fosterers place. Irene has been a great help with providing us with all the help needed and listening out whenever we faced troubles. Cheeky is blessed to have received much love at her fosterers' place. Both Dom and Jacq showed her what it is like to be loved by humans. Last but not least, thank you Melissa @thewildchase for always (literally) being there for us.” - Cheeky’s Adopter JK & JS
