About Purely Adoptions

We operate through a network of foster homes, not a traditional shelter. Rescued cats and dogs stay with caring foster families while they wait for adoption. We believe a home environment is the best place for an animal to heal and grow. We have two main divisions: PurelyWoof for dogs and PurelyMeow for cats. Each division has sub-teams handling rehoming, social media, fundraising, and events, all led by volunteer department heads.

We intentionally keep our numbers manageable so every animal receives proper attention and care. Contact us for the latest update on animals currently with us.

We are funded entirely by public donations, merchandise sales, and adoption fees. The majority of funds go towards veterinary expenses, food, and shelter costs.

It is rewarding but financially demanding — especially when public donations decline during difficult economic times. Despite this, our rescue work never stops.

Fundraising is our greatest challenge. Donor fatigue is real, and we compete with many worthy causes for public attention. We continuously find new and creative ways to raise awareness and funds.
