We bailed Clever Boy from AVS yesterday after he was trapped by dog catcher at the construction site. Stray Feeders Shirlin, Francis and Mei Mei have been feeding there for many years until the land was allocated for redevelopment and dog catcher was engaged to trap all the dogs there. Clever Boy has always been a friendly dog at the site and we know he will make a wonderful pet.
It’s not often we see a smiling dog when we bail dogs from AVS. Clever Boy is the special one. He was smiling when he saw our transporter and we could not help smiling too. He is indeed a Clever Boy! After bailing him out, we sent him to the Vet for checkup. Sad to say, Clever Boy is tested positive for Heartworm. Without any delay, we started him on Heartworm treatment. He also has multiple missing incisors, a completely broken lower left canine tooth with exposed pulp cavity. He will need dental treatment in future. We will deal with his Heartworm issue first. Clever Boy is now safe at our commercial boarding.
